Hi, I'm Jamie. Along with my sons, I opened the 1st Legion Gym to focus on training and excellence.

I started martial arts 30yrs ago;

• Karate under world champion Howard Brown
• Kung Fu - Wah Lum Southern Style Praying Mantis Shaolin under Sifu Derek Frearson.

• Muay Thai - 26yrs experience as fighter and coach. British and English Champion with over 25 fights.
• Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under World Champion Victor Estima.
• Muay Thai , BJJ and MMA Head Coach

I believe that anyone can be more than they are, we are simply here to help you achieve that.

I love how the gym has evolved over the years and become a real family and I love to see our family grow.
